Your satisfaction is our #1 goal at Hamby Dairy Supply. 

If you order an item and it is not the correct item, you may return it within 30 days, with a few exceptions.  All returns/exchanges require prior authorization.  Please read this entire page BEFORE returning an item.

Exchanges:  If you simply ordered the wrong item and wish to exchange it, we will generally exchange new and unused items in original packaging without a restock fee.  Customer must pay all shipping charges. 

Refund: If you want to return an item for a refund, We will issue a refund within 30 days less a restock fee.  Restock fees are 10% of purchase price with a $10 minimum.  If the item was ordered from our ebay store, there will be an additional restock fee of our ebay seller fees.

Shipping charges including the replacement item shipping are not refundable.

Exceptions:    

Items used in milk handling, milk processing or animal health are not returnable.   

The following items can not be returned: 

Ebay auction items

Closeout and Clearance items 

Books, Videos, DVD's. 

Animal Health items 

Milk Filters

Detergents and cleaning supplies 

Cheesemaking Supplies

Any sealed container that has been opened

Items purchased more than 30 days ago

Returns must have the following or you WILL NOT be issued a refund: 

- RA number.  You must call 1 800 306 8937 and get a return authorization number

- copy of original invoice or packing slip from Hamby Dairy Supply

- A note as to why you are returning the item.  (I.E., ordered wrong item,  defective item, sold cow, .....)
