Each packet will set up to two quarts of milk into a rich and creamy tangy
yogurt. Works very well with store-bought or goats milk.

For a thicker product you may add 1/4 cup of dry milk powder prior to adding
your culture. For an even thicker alternative use some canned evaporated
milk.

Culture contains: s.thermophilus, s.bulgaricus, s.lactis
